Nice neighbors

Honeycrisp apple

In a recent article at LoHud.com New York’s Lower Hudson Valley, apples were the topic. Can you say delicious, that’s all I could think of while reading. New York State has been growing apples for the past 400 years. I thought about my neighbors in Hudson Valley and Central New York.

It will be a beautiful day for a drive through the neighborhood soon with the fall leaves preparing to to display their glory.

The moral of the story, White Plains NY is a great location to start any day trip from.

As summer comes to an end, the greens keep growing at the White Plains International Open Air Farmers Market.

The market will be open until November (weather permitting).

Every Wednesday from 9-4PM, City Hall Courtyard

I was not aware White Plains Hospital Center hosted a walking group three times a week. On further reading, I clicked thru to the White Plains Hospital Center Events calendar, and see that the MallWalkers get together on Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
